Owner Steven R. Simpkins, CIC, began his career in 1975 in Carlisle, Ohio. By 1984 Steve purchased that business and moved it to Franklin.
With Steve’s diversification in the insurance industry, he is able to help his clients find the right products and services to fit their insurance needs. From commercial to personal lines of insurance to life or even financial planning, Steve is there to help provide the best to his clients.
Because of his knowledge, character and ability to focus on his clients Steve is one of the only insurance agents in the county to be a three-time recipient of the prestigious FW Hurt Quality Agency Award from Erie Insurance Group.
Dedication to the community is also important to Steve and can be seen in his involvement in Rotary, The Chamber of Commerce and serving as an elected official on the Carlisle School Board for 14 years.
While good work ethics and community involvement play an important part in Steve’s life, he knows the number one importance is family. He and his wife Wynne have spent the past 30 years raising their three daughters.
It is because of his dedication to family and community that Steve knows that when it comes to insurance, his focus is on you.

Pat Foley, Partner/Agent
Pat brings 15 years of Property & Casualty and Life insurance experience to the agency. His most recent position was with Grange Insurance where he served as a Sales Advisory to Independent Agencies for the past 6 and half years.
Pat earned the prestigious Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2002, and is committed to broadening his knowledge of insurance and dedicated to building client relationships based on trust and personal service which are the foundation principals of the Simpkins Insurance Agency. Pat is a graduate of Otterbein University and resides in his hometown of Waynesville with his wife Kendra and their three children. He is also serving in his third year as a Wayne Township Trustee where he currently holds the position of Board President. |
